How do we get to feel Joy every day?

Mar3-DA-1

How do we get to feel Joy every day?
By simply allowing. By stepping back in to our little child’s viewpoint of the world where everything was magical and something to learn. By smiling for no reason whatsoever. By being kind to ourselves and others regardless. You get the drift?

It is amazing how many of us, can put our hands up to not feeling any joy in our day.

Is your hand up today?

Today is the day we reclaim our joy!!!

Today is the day we remember that childlike curiosity to learn, view and decide everything is freaking magical!

Today is the day we consciously choose to feel snippets of joy as we go along our day.

Our kids hugging us… our dogs coming for a pat or to stick their wet nose in our face… that beautiful breeze on our faces… the ticking of a to do list… smiling or being smiled at.

There are a billion small things that can make us feel that pang of joy.

Are you ready to discover them?

Are you ready to let them fill your cup up?

Never underestimate these small pleasures in life, for when you add them together, they create an epic joy train!

“I choose to see and feel joy in the small, simples things in my day to day life. Boosting me up with much needed yumminess”

Find the joy.

Till next time… keep walking your spiritual path xx
