Be strong in doing this every day. Make it a habit.
Do it in a way that feels good for you. If you are a talker, then record it on your phone. Personally I love nothing better than going over old lists so writing totally floats my boat. But it is whatever is going to make it less of a chore for you, because if it feels like that, you are not going to get the best out of it.
Know that it is going to help you on the path of blissful positivity – half the battle is believing!
